Delivery Terms

    • 1Orders above $70 will qualify for FREE delivery. For orders below $70, there will be a $12 delivery fee.
    • Your order will be processed, dispatched and delivered to the address in 3-5 working days. We aim to meet these delivery times but during peak periods (October to February) and festive seasons, there may be 1-2 days delay.
    • Contact number is mandatory upon checkout so that our delivery provider will notify you when your parcel is out for delivery.
    • Kindly ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date. Star Learners is not held responsible for purchases delivered to a wrong address due to incorrect information provided.

Delivery charges do not include re-delivery fee.

What are the delivery options? What are the charges like?

We deliver to your home! Or you can also opt for self-collection at Kaki Bukit.

Home Delivery by Courier Service: 
$12 for orders below $70, FREE delivery for orders above $70. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. 

Self-collection: Free
You can collect your purchases after you receive an email confirmation that the orders are ready for collection.

We aim to meet our delivery timeframes stated above. However, as we experience higher volume of orders usually during October to February and festive seasons, please bear with us should there be slight delays during these peak periods.

Where can I self-collect?

We will send an email to the email address, stated in the order form, to confirm that the orders are ready for collection.

Collection can be done anytime from 2pm to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays.

What are the delivery times like? How can I track the delivery status?

Our courier partner delivers Monday to Saturday, 9am to 10pm.

You will be notified by SMS when your parcel is out for delivery. 
Please ensure that the contact number you provided during checkout is accurate.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

A one-time complimentary re-delivery will be arranged at your convenience.
However, should this re-delivery not be successful, a $12 fee will be required for a re-arrangement.

Can I change my delivery information after I have checked out my order?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend your delivery information once your order is placed. Please ensure all your information provided is accurate and up to date.

Who do I contact if I have an issue with the delivery e.g. a missing item from my order?

Please reach out to eshop@starlearners.com.sg with the following details:
-    Your order number
-    Description of the issue

We will be in touch within 2 to 3 working days to sort out the issue with you.

Exchange Policy

  • Only for defective or incorrect item received, goods are exchangeable within 7 days with the order number as proof of purchase.
  • The exchange will be done at 61 Kaki Bukit Ave 1, #05-10 Shun Li Industrial Park, Singapore 417943.
  • Exchange is done by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please send an email to eshop@starlearners.com.sg with your exchange information and we will schedule an appointment for you.
  • Goods returned for exchange MUST be in ORIGINAL condition, i.e. not washed and/or worn, not altered, not ironed and in original packaging.
  • All items sold are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
I ordered the wrong size/ a wrong item. Can I exchange it for another?

Unfortunately, we only allow exchanges for defective or incorrect items received.
Should you have checked out items erroneously or if your chosen items are not of the ideal size, please make a re-purchase on our site.

I received a defective/ incorrect item. Can I exchange it for another?

Sure! It’s on us to make things right. We apologise if you’ve received a defective or incorrect item. 

To sort out any issues with defective or incorrect items, please email to us at eshop@starlearners.com.sg within 7 days of delivery date, with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Name of defective/ incorrect item received
  • A picture of the defect, if applicable
  • A short description of the defect

We will be in touch within 2 to 3 working days to arrange for an exchange.

Please note that the item is not considered defective if there is a deviation of 1cm to 2cm from the size chart. This is common for mass-produced apparel.

How are exchanges done?

Exchanges are done in-person at our eShop office, and by an appointment-only basis.

Items for exchange must be in original condition. They cannot be worn, washed, altered, ironed, or tampered in any way. Items must be returned to us in its original packaging.

Star Learners eShop reserves the right to reject items for exchange should they not meet the criteria stated above.

What if my exchanged product is still not ideal?

Unfortunately, we will only allow exchanges to be made once. Please place another order for your item if needed.

The company reserves the right to amend the delivery terms and exchange policy without prior notice.
