Order and Purchase

Do I need to register an account to start purchasing?

You do not need to register an account to make purchases; you may simply checkout as a guest. Registering an account with us, however, allows you to make future purchases with convenience and you will have access to your order history and status.

What are the payment methods?

We accept payment by Debit/Credit card (Mastercard or Visa) and America Express via our payment gateway.

Can I amend or cancel my order after payment is completed?

We are afraid that no amendments and cancellation can be made once your order has been confirmed. Please note that all goods sold are non-refundable.

Why is my order cancelled?

We are sorry to hear that your order is cancelled. There are several reasons why your order was unsuccessful.

  • If we haven’t received your payment within the stipulated time frame, your order will be cancelled automatically.
  • The required fields are incomplete.
Where can I view the samples?

The samples are available at all Star Learners Centre. Please do not hesitate to contact your principal if you need further assistance.

Delivery and Exchange

Can I choose my preferred delivery date and time when order is placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to at this moment.

If I missed the first delivery, will a second delivery be arranged? Is there any additional cost for the second attempt?

If we fail to reach you on the first attempt, a re-delivery will be attempted at no additional cost.

Where do I collect from if I opt for Self-Collection?

Self-collection is available at 61 Kaki Bukit Ave 1, #05-10 Shun Li Industrial Park, Singapore 417943

Monday to Friday from 2:00 to 6:00pm

*The goods will be ready for collection after 3 working days from the order date.

What are the delivery times?

Monday – Saturday, 9am – 10pm.

Will I receive an SMS before the delivery?

Yes, you will be notified via SMS when the parcel is out for delivery.

I received a defective or incorrect item. How do I make an exchange?

We apologise if you’ve received a defective or incorrect item. We want to sort out any issues with defective or incorrect items immediately.

Please email us at eShop@starlearners.com.sg with:

  • Your order number
  • The defective or incorrect item’s name
  • A description of the fault

We will be in touch with you within 2-3 working days to resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?

We apologise if we’ve missed an item. We want to sort out any issues with your missing items immediately.

Please email us at eShop@starlearners.com.sg with:

  • Your order number
  • The missing item’s name

We will be in touch with you within 2-3 working days to resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

I ordered an incorrect item or size, can I do an exchange or refund?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any exchanges or refunds for wrong orders placed.

What are the delivery methods and charges?

Home Delivery by Courier Service: $12 for orders below $70, FREE delivery for orders above $70

Self-collection: Free

There seems to be some discrepancies between the measurement of the item received and the information provided on your site, can I make an exchange?

Please allow +/-5% measurement deviation. If the apparels that you have purchased falls outside this range, please contact us at eShop@starlearners.com.sg.

How do I care for the apparels I have purchased?

Please refer to the care label attached to the apparels.

How soon can I expect a reply to my email?

We aim to respond to your query within 2-3 working days. However, do expect some delays during our peak period between October to February.
