Order and Purchase

Do I need to register an account to start purchasing?

Yes, you will need to create an account and log in before purchase. Having an account allows you to access your order history and status easily. 

To register, click “Login” at the top right hand corner of the eShop home page, and a dropdown menu will appear. Click on “Register” to fill up your account details.

How can I gauge the right sizes to purchase?

Samples of all Star Learners uniforms are available at all centres. Please reach out to your Centre Principal to assist you.

What if I purchase the wrong size? Can I amend or cancel my order?

Once orders in your cart are confirmed and payment has been made, no amendments or cancellations are allowed.

All items sold on our site are non-refundable. Please ensure that all your orders are correct before checking out.

What are the payment methods?

We accept payment by major Debit/ Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), via our payment gateway, PayPal.

Why is my order cancelled?

There could be several reasons why your order was unsuccessful:

  • We did not receive your payment within the stipulated time frame.
  • The required fields on the form at checkout were incomplete.

Please place a new order for your items. Should you require further assistance, reach out to us at eshop@starlearners.com.sg.

I have a discount code. Where can I use it?

Discount codes can be applied at the checkout page.

As codes are case sensitive, please ensure you have entered your code in the right format.

Also, do check that you are logged in before keying in your discount code.

Delivery and Exchange

What are the delivery options? What are the charges like?

We deliver to your home! Or you can also opt for self-collection at Kaki Bukit.

Home Delivery by Courier Service:
$12 for orders below $70, FREE delivery for orders above $70. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

Self-collection: Free
You can collect your purchases after you receive an email confirmation that the orders are ready for collection.

How do I care for the apparels I have purchased?

To ensure that your apparels can last as long as you need them to, they should:

  • be washed inside out, in cold water
  • not be put in a dryer, as this may cause them to shrink
  • be ironed on reverse

For more details, please refer to the care label found on the inside of your apparel.

I have emailed you regarding my order but have not gotten a response. How soon can I expect a reply?

We aim to respond to all queries within 2 to 3 working days.

However, as we usually experience higher volume of orders between October to February and festive seasons, please bear with us should there be slight delays in our replies during these periods.
